The Ideal-Air Wi-Fi Mini Split Controller bridges the gap between the rapidly developing smartphone industry and the residential heating and cooling industry. Once securely connected to your wireless router, you will be able to control your air conditioner and heat pump through our smartphone app. The Ideal-Air Wi-Fi Mini Split Controller uses patented technology that allows for a secure connection to your local wireless router through your smartphone. Communication to your air conditioner and heat pump unit is via three powerful infrared diodes (iR emitters), each with an emitting range of up to 50 ft. The Ideal-Air Wi-Fi Mini Split Controller has an internal temperature sensor that allows for real-time readings at your home or office. If you need to turn on your air conditioner or heat pump, change its mode, adjust the set temperature, fan speed or even set up the smart timer feature, it's right at your fingertips. Cloud based, the Ideal-Air Wi-Fi Mini Split Controller will always be up to date with the latest software releases. The Wi-Fi Controller will only join 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, not 5GHz ones.
